DIGITAL PHOTO EDITING
This class is considered a beginning photo editing class. It will start with Google's Picasa2 to do basic
photo editing such as cropping, changing contrast or color, adjusting highlights and shadows and
various effects. This program also has a feature that will automatically reduce the size of a picture for
email. Picasa2 is a free program so users will be able to recreate at home what they've learned in
class. We will then use Micrografx Picture Publisher to learn some advanced photo editing techniques
such as cloning, using a color probe and painting.
